Agency Partnerships

8 questions Select a question to view the answer.

We work with agencies that need reliable development capacity behind their client projects.

This may include:

  • branding agencies

  • design studios

  • marketing agencies

  • SEO agencies

  • creative agencies

  • consultants

  • small software teams

Some partners need occasional development support for individual projects. Others need a more continuous technical partner who can handle implementation while they remain focused on strategy, design, marketing or client management.

Yes.

We can work behind the scenes as a white-label development partner when that model fits the relationship.

Depending on the agreement, communication may happen primarily through the agency rather than directly with the end client.

The important part is defining responsibilities clearly at the beginning, including:

  • client communication

  • project management

  • design delivery

  • development

  • testing

  • deployment

  • ongoing support

This allows the agency to keep control of the client relationship while adding technical capacity when needed.

Agency projects may include:

  • corporate websites

  • landing pages

  • WordPress development

  • Shopify customization

  • WooCommerce development

  • custom web applications

  • SaaS products

  • API integrations

  • performance improvements

  • technical SEO implementation

  • maintenance and ongoing development

We can take responsibility for a complete development project or handle only the technical portion of a larger agency engagement.

Yes.

We can develop from designs supplied by your team.

Depending on the workflow, designs may be provided through tools such as Figma or another agreed format.

Before development begins, we review the designs for areas that may affect implementation, including:

  • responsive behavior

  • component consistency

  • interactive states

  • forms

  • content variations

  • technical feasibility

If something is unclear or likely to create unnecessary complexity, we prefer to raise it before development rather than making assumptions during implementation.

Pricing depends on the type and volume of work.

A clearly defined client project may be quoted as a fixed project.

Ongoing or less predictable development work may be better suited to another arrangement based on expected capacity or actual workload.

Factors may include:

  • project complexity

  • technical requirements

  • integrations

  • expected volume

  • turnaround expectations

  • ongoing support requirements

We aim to keep the commercial structure simple enough that agencies can understand their development cost before committing to work with their own clients.

Yes.

We can review the technical requirements and help determine the likely development scope before you finalize your client proposal.

This can be especially useful when a project includes:

  • custom functionality

  • unusual integrations

  • e-commerce requirements

  • data migration

  • customer portals

  • complex administration

  • existing legacy systems

Identifying technical complexity early helps agencies avoid underestimating development work or promising functionality that is not realistic within the proposed budget or timeline.

Yes.

Agency partnerships do not have to be permanent or all-or-nothing.

We can provide additional development capacity when:

  • your internal developers are fully booked

  • several client projects overlap

  • a project requires technology your team does not normally use

  • an urgent opportunity would otherwise need to be declined

  • you need temporary support during a busy period

The goal is to give the agency additional capacity without forcing it to expand its permanent team for temporary workload.

Never.

We respect the agency-client relationship.

When Creafter is working as an agency partner or white-label development provider, we do not use that relationship as an opportunity to bypass the agency and solicit its clients directly.

Client ownership, communication boundaries and confidentiality can also be defined explicitly in the partnership agreement where appropriate.

A long-term agency partnership only works when both sides can trust the relationship.
